Vendor participation is by application and approval only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor spaces are limited and curated to ensure quality, variety, and a positive experience for attendees.

What Vendors Receive

  • High foot traffic across multiple festival events
    Vendors must apply and pay applicable fees for each event
  • Promotion as part of the festival marketing campaign
  • Designated vendor areas and onsite support
  • Opportunity to engage directly with attendees

How the Vendor Process Works

  • Submit the official online vendor application in full
  • Upload a completed City of Columbia Vendor Questionnaire
  • Our team reviews and responds by Email
  • Approved vendors receive confirmation and payment instructions
  • Final setup details are shared closer to the event

Vendor Rules & Important Information

  • The festival assigns vendor spaces
  • Set-up and breakdown times will be provided upon approval
  • Electricity is limited and must be requested during application
  • Vendors must operate only within their assigned space
  • No subleasing or shared spaces without written approval
  • Incomplete applications will not be reviewed
  • Failure to comply may result in removal without refund
