What Vendors Receive
- High foot traffic across multiple festival events
Vendors must apply and pay applicable fees for each event - Promotion as part of the festival marketing campaign

- Opportunity to engage directly with attendees
How the Vendor Process Works
- Submit the official online vendor application in full
- Upload a completed City of Columbia Vendor Questionnaire
- Our team reviews and responds by Email
- Approved vendors receive confirmation and payment instructions
- Final setup details are shared closer to the event
Vendor Rules & Important Information
Vendors are responsible for reviewing all requirements prior to submitting an application.
- The festival assigns vendor spaces
- Set-up and breakdown times will be provided upon approval
- Electricity is limited and must be requested during application
- Vendors must operate only within their assigned space
- No subleasing or shared spaces without written approval
- Incomplete applications will not be reviewed
- Failure to comply may result in removal without refund
